Xoobali is a transformational total body workout that is good for toning and improving your overall fitness. We believe that when you participate in the Xoobali Challenge, your levels of endurance increase, along with increased caloric burn.
Our program is designed to burn 280 to 320 calories per session based on intensity. The Xoobali Challenge can be done in the comfort of your home as there is no equipment needed. All you need is a made-up mind!
The objective is to complete 2 to 3 rounds of each group of exercises for a total of 20 to 30 minutes. We recommend that the exercise intensity be adjusted to a level that you are comfortable with.
