During the 4-week challenge, you will participate in a variety of cardio, body weight, and High-Intensity Interval Training exercises.
The objective is to complete 2 to 3 rounds of each group of exercises for a total of 20 to 30 minutes. We recommend that the exercise intensity be adjusted to a level that you are comfortable with.
